1) Once your refund request is received and approved, we will process the refund to the original method of payment within 10 business days.

2) Refunds will be issued for the full amount paid for the services, exculding any service charges / fees of banks.

3) Please note that refunds may take some time to appear on your payment card statement, depending on your financial institution.

Certain items or services may not be eligible for a refund, including but not limited to:

a) Services that have already been completed.

b) Services that were customized or personalized according to your specifications.
